Getting started

Submit your citizenship certificate

Agreement

Hand your citizenship certificate to the Admin team. Your employment agreement can move forward once this lands.

Claim your company email

Identity

You will get an official address: [email protected]. Use it for work communication and anything that needs a paper trail.

Join Discord

Team pulse

Discord is where the team lives — updates, collaboration, the everyday chatter.

1. Create an account with your company email at Discord Sign-Up. Keep office and personal accounts separate.
2. Add HR as a friend / contact on Discord.
3. Accept the invite HR sends to the company server.
4. Explore channels — start with #general and #team-discussion.

Learn Karyabase

Ops HQ

Karyabase is our in-house project management and HR tool — leave, tasks, and project progress in one place.

• Log in with the credentials and link sent to your company email or Discord.
• HR section — leave requests, attendance, and holidays. See the Attendance policy for biometric vs Karyabase check-in, late rules, and missing attendance.
• Daily updates — post them in the Updates section in Karyabase (not on Discord).
• Tickets — questions for Management? Raise a ticket so nothing gets lost in chat.

Set up GitHub

Code access

Version control lives here. Management creates your account and emails the login details. Accept repo invitations when they arrive so you can reach the codebase.

Human mode

The office kitchen has coffee, tea, and water. Step away from the screen. Your brain will thank you.

Interns especially

If you are an intern, learn who your supervisor is and ask questions early. Support is part of the deal — use it.
